Shipping

We ship via U.S. Postal Service Priority mail. Our goal is to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order but it may take up to 72 hours to fill and complete your order.  Normal delivery time after shipment is 1-2 days.  We will send you an e-mail when your order is received and again when your order has shipped.

Delivery

In addition, we offer delivery to local communities in our area (15 mile radius of Grand Island, FL) for a nominal fee of $2 per order. Deliveries are made on the third Saturday of the month. To request delivery, please call 352-729-3302 or email sales@karensk9kitchen.com prior to placing your order.  We need to gather additional information such as a valid phone number and to confirm your address. We will need to call you to let you know the date and approximate time that your treats will be delivered.

Pickup

You can also pickup your order for no charge at Treasure Cove  We are open on Thursday and Friday from 8am  to 6:30 pm. Saturday afternoon from 2pm to at least 6 pm and most Sundays from 1pm to 4pm.  Please indicate the date you will be stopping at the market in the "Instructions to Seller" section.  This will help us ensure your treats are fresh.
